GETTING HELP
WHO WE HELP
Overflow foundation works with young people up to the age of 25 who may need help in the area of:

Use
We don’t judge, we understand, we listen, and we don’t give up on you. No matter where you are at in your stage of substance use, we can help. Have you tried to make changes to your substance use and had little to no success? Not sure if you want or need help, that’s ok. We provide information, hands on practical help, strategies, and tailor an individual plan that is effective for you.

Health
Feeling anxious, depressed, lonely, or other feelings and thoughts that bring you down, we can help.
We help to develop a plan to improve your mental health and provide tools that you can use every day.

Homeless, couch surfing, living in an undesirable housing situation, we can help. We work tirelessly to help you secure housing as soon as possible. We provide information, referral to housing providers, source funds and household items, and practical help.
Offending
Struggling to not break the law, in trouble with police, we can help? We identify and address the root cause of the offending so you don’t have to offend anymore. We work closely with youth justice and police, probation and parole, and detention centres if your offending has led to contact with these agencies. We help you to work with these agencies so you get positive outcomes.
